krisocam Posted March 24, 2023 Share Posted March 24, 2023 Hi, I really need your help. I do not receive nor send emails from my new order, newsletter, and test email configuration. I use the recommended option and still do not receive email (also tested with different emails). I test SMTP and always have errors. Furthermore, I also have an email alert and newsletter, neither of them are working. Even with my old version of PrestaShop which is 1.6 and now i migrated to 1.7 to think that will be the problem, but that is not the case. * i have the same email on my Shop Setting → Contact → stores. Test your domains mailsettings, in shared server you need to get in touch with the staff. In VPS you need to adjust the dns mail settings accordingly. I just found out that the password in SMTP saves another password. Do you know in which part of the back office can I modify the password in my back-office?
