Olivier CLEMENCE
Hello, I am proud to present my latest module whose purpose is to FINALLY provide you with reliable and useful statistics for your Prestashop. You have probably already noticed that the default statistics in Prestashop are inaccurate, and it is particularly difficult to obtain accurate revenue figures with Google Analytics. In short, for years, merchants using Prestashop did'nt had a way to properly track the results of their work, and the purpose of this module is to remedy that 😉. The module is available here: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/analytics-statistics/90621-opart-stat-reliable-and-useful-ecommerce-statistics.htmlNew: Added advanced filters to the module. You can now filter your statistics by product, category, etc. Presentation video here (in french): MODULE PRESENTATION Advanced customization: You have at your disposal several tables, on which you can choose which reports should be displayed. This saves you from having to ignore data that is not of interest to you, and allows you to see the figures you need at a glance. Possibility to create specific reports for your shop: The module already offers more than 80 default reports (and I add new ones regularly). But it is possible that you may need very specific data related to your particular activity. The module has been designed to make it easy to add custom reports. If you know a little PHP, it's very simple, and if not, just contact us. The module won't make your database explode: One of the major problems with stats modules is that they fill up your database until it's saturated, which results in crashing your store. 90% of the reports displayed by my module use data that is already present in your Prestashop. The only additional data that our module adds is related to traffic, and I've added a security feature to limit its data and never saturate your database. Some pretty cool features 😉 Profit calculation: The module is capable of calculating the profit you make over the period you have specified, but it goes further than that! You can find out which products bring you the most profit or which sources of traffic are the most profitable for you, etc. Statistics by variation: If you use product variations, you will surely want to know which variation works best for a given product. It's possible, the module is capable of giving you sales data, revenue, and profit by variation. Tracking links: If you want to know exactly which links bring you traffic, sales, revenue, and profit, it's possible. The module is capable of recognizing standard tracking links and giving you reports by source, media, and campaign. For example, you can find out how much your last newsletter brought in, or, if I take my own example, I can know exactly how many people ordered a module from my store by clicking on one of the links on this page. The module works even if your PrestaShop does not generate an invoice. Op’art stat can use the order creation date or the invoice date to calculate your statistics. So even if your PrestaShop does not generate any invoices, the module will work. Ability to add fixed and variable fees to payment methods. You can now add fixed and variable fees to payment methods. These costs will then be included in the calculation of your profit. It's also very practical if you use PrestaShop to sell on marketplaces, because you can accurately calculate your actual margins. More than 80 reports available. Here is the list of reports available at the time of writing (the list is regularly updated): Financial reports: Overall revenue Revenue evolution Average revenue per order Evolution of average revenue per order Number of orders Evolution of number of orders Conversion rate Evolution of conversion rate Shipping revenue Future revenue Profits Evolution of profits Average profit per order Evolution of average profit per order List of countries ranked by revenue Number of refunds Evolution of number of refunds Amount of refunds Evolution of amount of refunds Refund rate Evolution of refund rate Margin rate Margin coefficient List of variations classified by turnover, sales or profits Average daily income List of products classified by margin coefficient List of the best products in each category classified by turnover, sales or profits List of categories classified by benefit Average number of daily orders Amount of reductions Traffic figures: Pages per visit Evolution of pages viewed per visit Revenue per visit Evolution of revenue per visit List of languages ranked by traffic List of traffic sources ranked by traffic List of countries ranked by traffic List of traffic sources ranked by revenue List of traffic sources ranked by profit List of pages ranked by traffic Product visits Evolution of product visits List of campaigns ranked by revenue List of campaigns ranked by profit List of campaigns ranked by traffic List of media ranked by revenue List of media ranked by profit List of media ranked by traffic Customer data: List of customers ranked by revenue List of customers ranked by profit List of customer groups ranked by revenue List of customer groups ranked by profit List of companies ranked by revenue List of companies ranked by profit List of companies ranked by number of orders Number of account creations Evolution of number of account creations Number of new customers Evolution of number of new customers Number of active customers Number of inactive customers Churn rate Customer lifetime Customer lifetime value Purchase frequency Repeat purchase rate Evolution of repeat purchase rate List of customer groups classified by sales Product catalog reports: List of categories ranked by revenue List of categories ranked by profit List of categories ranked by sales List of brands ranked by revenue List of brands ranked by profit List of brands ranked by sales List of products ranked by profit List of products ranked by sales List of products ranked by revenue List of languages ranked by revenue List of products ranked by conversion rate List of carriers ranked by revenue List of carriers ranked by number of shipments List of payment methods ranked by revenue Revenue of a product Evolution of revenue of a product Profit of a product Evolution of profit of a product Sales of a product Evolution of sales of a product Conversion rate of a product Evolution of conversion rate of a product List of variations of a given product ranked by revenue List of variations of a given product ranked by profit List of variations of a given product ranked by sales List of unsold items over the chosen period. Olivier CLEMENCE
Good morning, the module has evolved a lot over the past 1 month so here are some of the new features: Management of deferred payments. Now, the module correctly manages deferred payments. If an order is created in March, but its payment does not arrive until April, it will be correctly accounted for in April. Blocking robots in traffic statistics. Bots are blocked so as not to skew your stats, and you have the option to add additional bots to block yourself.Purchase cost of combinations. For the calculation of the profit, the module takes into account the purchase price of the combinations if you have indicated it in your product sheetsEasily find your reports with the search engine. There are many reports available so I added a search engine so you can quickly find the report(s) you are interested in.The module works even if your PrestaShop does not generate any invoice. If your PrestaShop does not generate any invoice or if the "invoice_date" column is at 0 in your database, you can, in the module config, choose to use the date of creation (“date_add”) of the order. This allows the module to work even for shops that do not generate any invoice (if they are coupled with a CRM for example) Help page added. I added a help page with frequently asked questions. The module is responsive. You can view your stats anywhere from your smartphone. List of reports added (we exceed 90 reports in total): Daily income Evolution of daily income List of attributes classified by turnover (you can know how much the color "white" brings in, or if the size "S" is profitable) List of attributes ordered by sale List of attributes ordered by benefit Margin coefficient Evolution of the margin coefficient Margin rate Evolution of the margin rate List of products classified by margin rate List of products ordered by revenues per visit *** You can get the module here: https://www.store-opart.fr/p/50-module-de-statistiques-pour-prestashop.html *** Edited April 28, 2023 by Olivier CLEMENCE (see edit history)
Olivier CLEMENCE
Now it is possible to connect external modules to our opartStat module to obtain other statistics. For example, to get the number of times a keyword is typed if you use the JoliSearch module.
Olivier CLEMENCE
Hello, I have added some additional reports that were requested. Here is the list of reports added in the latest version 2.0.7 of the module: List of countries by number of orders. List of countries by sales. Revenue evolution for a given category. Sales evolution for a given category. Profit evolution for a given category. Additionally, starting from now, when there is no change between two numbers, instead of display a downward arrow, there will be a horizontal arrow (which makes more sense 😉). kamppa
I am most interested in basic calculations for profit: Sales (without tax) -cost of goods sold -advertising costs (from Google Ads) -fixed costs per order (manually adjustable to count for miscellaneous costs)
Olivier CLEMENCE
Hi Kamppa, for now the module already display : Sales (without tax). And i can easily add a "cost of goods sold" report. For those reports : "advertising costs (from Google Ads)" and "fixed costs per order (manually adjustable to count for miscellaneous costs)" Your the first to ask them, so i will keep them in mind and add it if more people ask for them.

Olivier CLEMENCE
I'm sharing with you the new features of the Op'art Stat module that have been added in recent weeks: Added advanced filters. Now you can filter your statistics by combining different inclusion and exclusion filters. In summary, if you want to see all the statistics for a given category, brand or product, it is possible. Or if, on the contrary, you want to see all your statistics, but excluding certain products, that is also possible. And finally, you can combine all the filters to find the ultra-precise information you need to make your decisions. Lots of new reports added including: Average daily income List of variations classified by turnover, sales or profits Margin coefficient Margin rate List of products classified by margin coefficient List of customer groups classified by sales List of the best products in each category classified by turnover, sales or profits List of categories classified by benefit Average number of daily orders Amount of reductions List of unsold items over the chosen period. The module works even if your PrestaShop does not generate an invoice. Op’art stat can use the order creation date or the invoice date to calculate your statistics. So even if your PrestaShop does not generate any invoices, the module will work. Link with the JolisSearch module. If you have the JoliesSearch module on your store, you can now link it with Op'art Stat to know which keywords are typed into your engine and how many times. I plan to create other links with other modules like my quote module for example 😉. Ability to add fixed and variable fees to payment methods. You can now add fixed and variable fees to payment methods. These costs will then be included in the calculation of your profit. It's also very practical if you use your PrestaShop to sell on marketplaces, because you can accurately calculate your real margins.
kamppa
This module does look very promising. "90% of the reports offered by our module use data already present in your store." Is this module dependent on other statistics modules installed with Prestashop? I have disabled most of the statistics module to avoid filling up the database. Is there a particular reason why not integrate directly with Google Ads so to avoid manually typing daily marketing costs?
Olivier CLEMENCE
Hi Kamppa, Thx for your question i'll answer them below : Is this module dependent on other statistics modules installed with Prestashop? I have disabled most of the statistics module to avoid filling up the database. No the module do not depend on other statistics modules. You can uninstall them if you want. Is there a particular reason why not integrate directly with Google Ads so to avoid manually typing daily marketing costs? For now, you can use UTMs Campaign, medium, and Source in your url and the module will be abble to understand Them. For example, with this url http://www.mysite.com/myproduct.html?utm_source=googleAds&utm_capaign=myGoogleAdsCampaign&utm_medium=pub1 The module will now that this visite comme form googleAds as source, myGoogleAdsCampaign as campaign and pub1 as medium. Soon, i will work to include directly googleAds and FacebookAds information using api.
kamppa
Thank you! Both are great news. If you can include Google and Facebook ads information using API it would be a game changer for Prestashop profitability tracking.
Olivier CLEMENCE
I'm working on the google ads api right now 😉.
kamppa
Finally purchased this module and I must say thank you. Great module! I like how I am finally able to calculate backorders to profit calculations. But I would like to see improvements made for shipping cost calculation. Now the only option regarding shipping costs are: Exclude shipping costs. Please think of implementing the same as Prestashop Dashboard Trends module which can add shipping costs to the calculation. Many times the shipping cost charged from customer is different from actual cost. Or simply let us add a fixed cost overhead by carrier method. I would also like to see Other fees per order to take into account packing labour and material costs estimation. I can use fixed costs by payment methods as a workaround for adding these costs but it is not the best solution.
Olivier CLEMENCE
Hello @kamppa thak-you for your message. I will add those feature in my "think about it" list 😉. If these features are asked several times I will add it. (I also i've to find the best way to add it)
kamppa
I understand. Please consider a fixed cost added per order. This could be used to cover both needs easily.
