Gatto_Rosso
Hello, after upgrading ps_shoppingcart module from 2.05 to 2.07 cart icon has disappeared and clicking on "Add to Cart" on product pages does not work: no "added to cart" popup, nothing happens… PS 1.7.8.6 Any help will be appreciated! ps8modules
Hi, sometimes this situation happens. You need to clear the cache in the performance settings. However, it can also be a more serious problem with the incompatibility of your template. The problem cannot be accurately identified from the description. Gatto_Rosso
Hello, thank you for your reply! Clearing cache did not solve the issue. I noticed other strange things: top menu is shown as in attached screenshot; it seems that some javascript files do not load. No changes to template were made. Everything was OK, and now 😓
ps8modules
Thank you. This is not a ps_shopingcart module problem. From the extract it is clear that somewhere in the code an http link to an external jquery is used, but the eshop uses https.
Gatto_Rosso
Thank you, this makes sense! I will try to find this link. Maybe some module that was updated the last days contains a misspelled http instead of https.
KrolfMaster
Regarding shopping cart issue, I had same symptoms. The fix was to clear cache AND reset the module.
ps8modules
It's not a cart, as I wrote. The product is added to the cart correctly. Cart: Here you can clearly see the error where invalid jquery is loaded in the template. Some of the modules or custom javascript additions to the TPL template refer to http instead of https. I would search in ets_* modules or trusted module.
Gatto_Rosso
Hello, thank you very much! Yes it is a misspelled call to jQuery. I have yet to find where it is… A search on all files of those add-ons did not discover the faulty http
ps8modules
Look in Design -> Positions. Find the modules that are attached to the displayHeader, displayBeforeBodyClosingTag hook. I think there will be an error in some TPL file of some module. Edited March 23, 2023 by ps8moduly.cz (see edit history)
Gatto_Rosso
ets_* modules have been uninstalled; trusted module has been uninstalled with no effect and installed again. Situation now: cart icon not showing; navigation menu disappeared; payment with PayPal not working — and some more.
ps8modules
Hello. It's always better to pay a professional to find and fix the problem. When you can't see 100% where the problem is, bad advice can make things worse. This is not how we solve it.

Hello ps8moduly.cz, please do you have idea what could cause the shopping cart to misalign as shown in the attached screenshots. It happened after I deinstalled shopping and reinstalled it again. Looking forward to your thoughts. Thank you
