Problem with Products that are not available.

I have Prestashop 1.7.8.8, i want to have possibility to orde products that are not available but i can order them an write that client will wait 14 days and I checked it on version 1.6.1.24 and there I was able to disable sales on the entire store when stock was 0 and when on a single product I set the possibility of ordering when out of stock and added the label "Merchandise only on order" this option worked. 

I it posssible on Presta 1.7.8.8?? or how i can resolve this but without enabling this possibility on entire store ?
