Control panel login redirect to login - 1.7.8.3

When attempting to access the PrestaShop 1.7.8.3 control panel, I am being redirected to the login page and unable to proceed any further. This issue has occurred suddenly and I have not installed or updated anything new. I have tried clearing my cookies, accessing the website in incognito mode, and modifying the PS_COOKIE_CHECKIP setting to false in the database, but none of these solutions have resolved the issue. What other steps can I take to resolve this problem?

All of sudden? What's your story? Update from xxx to 1.7.8.3? Shared server?

Yes, it happened suddenly...no updates (server or PrestaShop), the server is dedicated

With dedicated server check cron jobs, you could have an updated PHP version.

Nope.. current version 7.3.33..

There is some virus/trojan around that causes this behaviour, hope you are not infected. You can find many information and cleaner script here in the forum
