Error message in Prestashop (Lengow module)

Hi everyone,

When I log into my PrestaShop account, an error message appears with the following codes and it also appears on the homepage of my website.

I use the Lengow module and I deduce that there is a problem but it appears all of a sudden. Can you help me?
