No Invoice and delivery slip generated

Hello
my problem:
Prestashop does not generate an invoice for an order.
for all other orders it works without problems.

The order:

0 Invoice, nothing.

Button "Rechnung erstellen" > says:

 

"the order already has an invoice"

 

The sql tables contain the following contents:

 

 

you can see
delivery_number is 0 and also delvery_date is 0.

but if i enter the next higher id value here, then i don't see an invoice and a delivery slip either.

 

can someone help me further where I can still look for the error in the database?
I find nothing else that is not correct.

The download with the direct link works:

But the link it shows in the order summary does not work with the order id:
https://url-to-shop/index.php/sell/orders/926/generate-invoice-pdf

there appears a blank page.
