Schlinker
Hi there, we have several orders in our order list that we cannot access, when trying to open the order page there is an error message on a blank page, with the following text: Quote Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error". Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Has anyone experienced this issue and can you help guide us to a solution? Thanks, Daniel

And once I have activated it, what do I need to do? Printscreen and attach it here?
juanrojas
In your PrestaShop admin, go to the Advanced Parameters => Performance and scroll down to “Debug mode”. Set the option to “Yes” and press “Save” to apply the changes. Reload the page to see the result of the check.
Schlinker
ok, thanks. Looks like I have exchanged a small problem for a bigger one I now have lost access to PrestaShop altogether, when I saved the Debug mode option the following screen turned up and the same screen turns up when trying to access the backend through the admin link. I am sure it is Murphy's law for being a noob...
Schlinker
Hi Juan or anyone else, will you be able to help me out with this? My worry for not having access to 3 client orders has now turned into panic of not being able to access PrestaShop at all (sniff)... is this forum the right place to report such a problem or is there another channel? Thanks Daniel Edited March 2, 2023 by Schlinker (see edit history)
ps8modules
Hi. In order for us to help, it is necessary to always indicate the Prestashop version and the PHP version. Your problem is with the PHP version. https://devdocs.prestashop-project.org/1.7/basics/installation/system-requirements/#php-compatibility-chart Edited March 2, 2023 by ps8moduly.cz (see edit history)
Schlinker
ok, thanks, ps8moduly.cz, I changed to a previous version of PHP (7.2, the recommended one for Prestashop 1.7.6) and both problems seem solved now. There is another minor error message coming up, but I won't bother you. LOTS OF THANKS TO BOTH OF YOU!
