Prestashop PayPal TLS version is not compatible

Hello everyone.
When I try to run the module requirements check, the error message is as follows:

TLS check failed. Failed to connect to www.bebabbigliamentomoto.com port 443: Connection timed out

If I run a TLS check the result is this:

SSL version: OpenSSL/1.1.1f

What can it be ?

Can you please precise me your PS and module versions? Did you do your TLS check in the module?

PayPal module version 5.6.7

Yes, I checked it inside the module.
I have only one error on another module: I also tried disabling it, but the problem on the Paypal module persists.

Please note that initially this post was concerning version 5.6.7. of the module which now is considered outdated.
