User getting 500 error on login page

I have a problem that rarely happens to me, but unfortunately it does happen once in a while.
We use Prestashop version 1.7.2.4

It happens that sometimes a customer, after registering, then later returns to our website and when he clicks on login, he receives a 500 error.
I inform you that while this customer receives a 500 error, we can safely access the login page.
I just can't figure out what it could be.

Are we talking about those customers who register are from the same country? Or does your store only allow registration for a single country?

On my ecommerce you can register from any country.
However, this thing only happened to me with 2 customers, one from Ukraine and one from Germany.

Check the error_log file on your server (If you don't have access, you can get it from the hosting provider), and look in the file for the entry whose time is the time the client tried to log in and got an error.
Based on the error message, you can start working on the problem. This solution may be useful if it is not possible to enable debug mode (not recommended on PROD website)
