Fatal error when trying to update a language after update

Hello,

I recently update Prestahop to 1.7.8 in a multishop environnement and since then, I am unable to update a language in the backoffice. I'm getting the error: Type error: Argument 1 passed to DOMNode::removeChild() must be an instance of DOMNode, null given       [Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError 0]

 

I tried this after getting notifications from new clients on the site trying to use the french version of the site and getting a fatal error message on the front end for the french version of the site. But the english version seems to work fine.

I think there might be a partial solution where I would to into the customer's profile in the back end, modify his group and password. Some clients told me that it resolved their problems but not all of them.

Some help would be appreciated.

Maybe it is a PHP version compatibility issue. 

Check if your PS version supports the server PHP version.

Is that the whole error message? seems only part of it.
