Display Feature selected in BO Order view

On Prestashop 1.7.8 i need to view Feature specifique in BO order

In order 

 

I think I found the pages to modify, but I have no idea what variable to use?

I am looking for a line to display only the value of a specific characteristic in product.html.twig . 

Would you have any ideas? it's not easy

something in this style {if $feature.id_feature == ID OF FEATURE HERE} but compatible with 1.7.8 and in the product.html.twig

It would be best to do this by adding a module that overwrites the twig file, eg

/modules/new_module/views/PrestaShop/Admin/Sell/Order/Order/Blocks/View/product.html.twig

You can access the product features data at 

Product::getFrontFeaturesStatic($id_lang, $id_product)

or

Product::getFeaturesStatic(($id_product);
