simirome
hello everyone, i tried several things and read several post but still i didn't find a solution! info : prestashop 1.7.8.7 created shipping to canada named TSHIRT CANADA tshirt weight 1kg ( not real weight but what i need to set the behaviour ) from 0kg to 1kg cost 9 EURO from 1kg to 2 kg cost 14 euro (1 tshirt shipment cost 9 euro; 2 thisrt shipment cost 14 euro) When i BUY if i select ONLY 1 tshirt the behavior choosen by system is: APPLY THE COST of THE HIGHEST defined range ... which in this case is the cost of 2 tshirt but shouldn't be ! I add 2 pictures, thank you for your help ! Edited February 21, 2023 by simirome (see edit history)
simirome
i reply to myself .. i checked again the WEIGHT of the product and it's 1kg and than i made another test with a TEST shipment instead of having a range of 0.000kg to 1.0kg i changed it from 0.000 to 1.3kg second range was from 1.0 to 2kg i CHANGED it from 1.3 to 2.6 and now it works !!!!!!!!!!! If i select one TSHIRT i get the shipment cost for one tshirt, if i choose 2 tshirts i get the correct shipment cost for 2 tshirts! What could be the issue? i controlled again and tshirt weight is set to 1kg .. at the moment i'm " happy " but for sure i'd like to understand which parameter is wrong and how to avoid this kind of turnaround for the next items thank you
idnovate.com
Please pay attention to the operators. The first range was from >= 0kg to < 1kg, NOT <= 1kg, and the second range was from >= 1kg to < 2Kg. So 1Kg was returning the second range.

idnovate.com
I suppose that you would have the same problem if a product weights 1.3 kg. Could you upload some screenshot of what you configured for what I suggested?
