paypal v2.4 payment received but can't find orders in back office

do i have to us ipns in my paypal?
There is "Solution" in paypal module" * Activation subject to conditions, click here to subscribe‘
how to set it valid? the page by the link is total French, i think most guys lknow English not French that is sucks.

i search in wiki there is no information about using the new modules in v1.4, the information in wiki is very old

Hi,

I have the same problem when I try "Activation subject to conditions, click here to subscribe" the page is whole in french so ok i translate it and then i click to "Souscrivez à PayPal Intégral Evolution en cliquant sur le bouton ci-dessous" and then I try to sing up to my paypal account there is ERROR message : "You must have a French PayPal account to apply for this product."

So pleas can you help how to I can activate paypal payment? I set in paypal module API but when I try to pay via paypal on my shop there is error :

when i use sandbox model i got the erro message but in sales model, the api is ok.
