rmturner
I'm using the Add to Cart from my theme. It was working fine until I started getting "Unfortunately there is no carrier for your location" errors, which seems to be a PS bug that may or may not be solved. Now, every time I try adding something to the cart, it freezes, and reloading the page comes up with the screen shot. I'm using PHP7.4 and have tweaked the memory settings. Not sure what to make of this. https://artisanfindings.com/ Edited February 20, 2023 by rmturner found solution (see edit history)
rmturner
I was also using an Ajax Drop Down Shopping cart module, which I disabled. Now I can add items to a cart, either as logged in or as a guest. But when I get to shipping, I get the "Unfortunately, there are no carriers available for your delivery address." error. juanrojas
Hello, start by checking that the area and country actually exist in the carriers
rmturner
That's all fine, shipping preferences are fine. I have two other stores that are working so I'm going through each one and comparing it to this site. It was working until about a month ago. I tried the override fixes from a couple of PS bug reports, but that hasn't helped so far.
s4lvozesta
For "Unfortunately there is no carrier for your location" error, one time it hit me and it was just a simple 0 weight on product setting. It took me hours! Love and hate story with prestashop.
rmturner
You're right. Thanks. I went through everything and made sure weights were set. Eventually I disabled the Easypost module and reset an older usps module I had which still seems to work with PS 1.7.8.8.
