anthony654987 Posted February 16, 2023 Share Posted February 16, 2023 Hi, A small amount of people is having a bug where they're not able to get past the first step of the checkout. It appears to be related to the cache I suppose as when the browser is opened in incognito the issue is resolved. Also when clearing the full browser's cache it's also fixed. When a customer had this issue I tried disabling/enabling the cache in the performance section and disable non PrestaShop modules to no avail.. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
