Authorize.net Accept Hosted module request

This is a Module Request for an 'Authorize.net Accept Hosted' module for PrestaShop.

All other methods for AuthNet are either deprecated or EOL and only those old modules are available in the marketplace.  AIM, SIM/CIM, DPM are now considered legacy/EOL methods and are being phased out.  Authorize.net now recommends the Accept method (Accept Hosted, Accept.js, Accept Customer) for integrations.

Benefit for merchants with Accept Hosted method is reduced scope in PCI since you are no longer taking, storing, or transmitting Credit Card information from your website or server.  This method opens an iFrame/Modal that is hosted directly by Authorize.net.  With this method you are only required to complete the SAQ-A Questionnaire for PCI which is desirable by all merchants that use this gateway.

Authorize.net is one of the most popular Merchant Gateways in the USA so this is a much needed addon.
