jordi castells
Error message: You need at most PHP 7.4 to install PrestaShop. Your current PHP version is 8.2.0 Hello, I am trying to install locally first I have first installed the xampp package control panel v.3.3.0 It includes php 8.2 but when I go to localhost it tells me that at least 7.4... If it's a major version, it should work, right? When this happened to me, I tried to download another previous xampp package and the installation started to work. but at the end of all the configuration suddenly stopped and I got the error 500 This previous installation included php 7.4. I tried several times but it got stuck. I deleted all the files from the htdocs directory that had been created and copied the files from the prestashop .zip again to connect to the localhost again. It seemed to start installing but it stopped working
NPO
PS 8 doesn't know about php 8.2 yet - if you use php 8.1.xx it should work fine.
