Amazzing
Hello, I am working on a custom PS theme. Is it possible to include products in “blockcategories”, displayed in left column?Like that: Category1 Product1.1 Product1.2 Product1.3 Category2 Product2.1 Subcategory2.2 Product2.2.1 Product2.2.2 Product2.2.3 Product2.3 If possible, please advice, what files need to be modified. tomerg3
Yes, but it requires some customization. There's a module that lets you do that (and more) http://www.nethercottconstructions.com/en/prestashop-modules/1-ajax-sliding-categories.html
Amazzing
Thank you for the link. But I am not ready to buy modules at the moment.I just started investigating PS as an experiment. So, I am actually satisfied with the default module.I just wonder if it is possible to add products to the displayed list of categories.BTW animation is not important. And all categories should be open by default.
tomerg3
Well, as you can by that module, it is possible (everything is for that matter). You would need to know php, tpl in order to do it yourself.I haven't tried it before, but you would have to get the product listing for each of the categories and pass it to the code.
