siwa_llamplmair Posted February 9, 2023 Share Posted February 9, 2023 (edited) Hello, I recently updated my shop from 1.7.1.0 to 1.7.8.8 and I have a problem with the carriers since then. If i want to update the carrier in an order placed before the update i cannot longer select the carrier I want. Instead one carrier which should not be selectable appears. As seen in the screenshot "Österreichische POST" is chosen for the carrier and if i want to change the carrier or simply add the tracking number i cannot longer select "Österreichische POST", only POST EMS which is a carrier which is disables for the products in the order. I already tried to resave the carrier but this did not change anything. In the products and customer groups the carriers are assigned correct. Has anyone a suggestion what could be the problem here and how to solve it? This is a big issue because i cannot update the carrier or add a tracking code. Thank You!
