PrestaShop v.1.3.7 download - problem with invoice when discount code is used

Hi
is there still a place I can find PrestaShop v.1.3.7 for download?
I am not too excited about setting up 1.4 just yet

I am looking to fix a problem that happens on pdf invoices when people use a discount code:

Total products (tax excl.) : $374.00
Total products (tax incl.) : $374.00
Total discounts (tax incl.) : -$174.00
Total (tax incl.) : $200.00 = this is correct and this is the amount they were charged
Total (tax excl.) : $201.72 = I have no idea what this number is and why it is there...
