Category description justify problem

Hello.
I was tried to justify category description but... isn't possible.

i was tried in all css files, i was tried in console to search possible way to do this.. but without results.

with html style=""; isnt working.

in category.tpl i was added bootstrap (it is Angar) class to div, and normal html justify code but no, its no working.

any tips/.?

I don't know if I understand correctly, but you can't display the html description of the category when you add your own style in the html editor?

Nofilter needs to be added in the TPL template.
For example:

{$category.description nofilter}

HTML purifier must be disabled in administration and settings

I want to justify text in category description. Isnt working with HTML Purifier, in css, in HTML attribute. 
 

i was tried edit custom.css but isnt Effect.
