Just two questions before I install and use it:
1. As you mentioned above, it basically reduces the base price in the shop. That means that it doesn't create some kind of discount voucher, but really lowers the base price of the product? That's important for me, as we're using discount vouchers in different ways and create automatic CSV files for our accountings, so if these orders would create discount vouchers to achieve the same price, it wouldn't work.
2. Is it possible to disable the function for users outside of the EU? Otherwise, sales to them would greatly decrease, if their price is around 20% higher and they still have to pay tax on import.

1: That is correct, this is not a discount. It really lowers the base price.
2: The module only adapts prices for people ordering in the EU.
