siwa_llamplmair
Hi, We have a healthcare store with products that have either 20% taxes or are tax-free (0%). Sometimes, orders contain a mix of both. When a discount is applied to such orders, the tax calculation for the discount is incorrect. The entered discount amount including tax is 1512€, but the calculated discount excluding tax is 1275.11€, which should be 1260€ (with 20% tax). The total order price including tax stays correct, but the discount excluding tax and tax amount on the invoice is wrong. It seems that a different tax rate is applied to the discount, but we can't find a way to adjust it. However, when a discount is applied to an order without mixed taxes, the discount tax is calculated correctly. Can anyone help us with this issue or explain the calculation of the discount tax? No unfortunatelly, i have only a problem with the tax rates on the discount value not the total values.
Prestachamps
Hello, Most probably the discount is applied to the cart which calculatin the discount from the final price, which makes it impossible to determine which product has tax 0 or 20. Have a nice day. Kind regards, Leo
