Jacek Es
Hello, I tried to update the shop from 1.7.2.4 to 1.7.8.8 but after the process the back end displays the following error: Call to a member function getRequestUri() on null [Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError 0] The front end just displays HTTP ERROR 500. I first tried to use the 1-click upgrade module and then tried manual update as described here: https://devdocs.prestashop-project.org/1.7/basics/keeping-up-to-date/upgrade/ but the result is the same with the above error message. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Knowband Plugins
KIndly confirm whether you are using "Pretty Clean URLs" module at your end or not, if yes, then kindly disable that and try again. Also check whether is there any "Dispatcher.php" file exist in "/override/classes/Dispatcher.php". If yes, then take a look which module added the Dispatcher.php file. and then ask the module developer to resolve the issue
Jacek Es
Hello, Many thanks. It was the Pretty Clean URLs module. I have disabled it and the 1-click upgrade module was able to update the site. Jacek
