Show X products per page

Hi, 

Is there any way I could display a "Show X products per page" filter (where X products is a dropdown from which the user can choose a certain number of products 20, 30 etc)?

Or maybe this can be done with a little code tweaking?

Hello, You need this filter on which page, if you show me so that we can create a modification and provide this filter on your product page. Thanks

Thank you for your answer. I need this filter on the catalog page, where I display all the products. I choose to display 40 per page but maybe for some users it will be helpful to choose more than 40 and not go to the next page
