[8.0.1] front-end printing raw html

I have an issue with latest prestashop (8.0.1 stable), on a fresh installation.

I think this may happen due to some php/apache misconfiguration but PhpPsInfo tells me everything is as it should be.

This is clearly some sanitization problem and it looks like this:

I wonder how can I troubleshoot this? Its likely someone else experienced this before but I couldn't find a definitive solution on google

For anyone wondering, its a known bug introducted in 8.0.0. Fix was pushed to presta repo one week ago so it should be ok in 8.0.2
