jr.villaron
Hello, On my Prestashop 1.7.5.1 shop the widget that used to display the "Best sales" on my dashboard is not working anymore. What I have been able to find out checking the browser console is a 500 error .../index.php?controller=AdminDashboard&token=3615acb1fa1567840b98a5bdab7f60af&ajax=true&action=refreshDashboard&module=dashproducts&dashboard_use_push=NaN&_=1674055095927 I have enabled the debug mode but no additional information is being displayed so right now I feel lost and I don't know what to do in order to check again what are the products that my customers buy the most. Have you any ideas that could help me out? Thank you
s4lvozesta
Alternatively, you may want to try Stats menu for best selling products. Screenshot attached
jr.villaron
Thank you but I'll be able to find out which are my most sold products. But there must be an issue with my 500 error that I should try to fix anyway... Is there a way to debug this error even though debug mode does not display as an error? s4lvozesta
When you have turned on Debug Mode, checking prestashop log or server log could also shed some light. Or, maybe check browser console?
jr.villaron
Just the console error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () referring to index.php?controller=AdminDashboard&token=3615acb1fa1567840b98a5bdab7f60af&ajax=true&action=refreshDashboard&module=dashproducts&dashboard_use_push=0&_=1674552497645 I guess it is an ajax error but don't know why and no idea about a way to solve it as debug gives me no extra info. s4lvozesta
At worst, reinstalling the module might do favor https://addons.prestashop.com/en/analytics-statistics/15267-best-selling-products.html Best-selling products module. Please make backup and check on Module Manager if you decide to proceed.
