Why PS POST XHR so slow on some servers?

I tested my site nad new installed newest version on 10 servers some servers works with XHR / POST well some dont.

I tested my site on servers under and i have on some 400-600 ms resonse and on others 1700-2900ms

I tested clean new version of prestashop and same on some servers they have response XHR / POST 150-200ms and on others 600-700ms.

I am trying to catch the error here and answer question WHY?

Anyone have same problems?

 

On those servers the response is 400-600ms

Front office. Add to cart, go to checkout, checkout steps, order ending in checkout.

 

This is a screenshot from new PS installed check the XHR responses. One is Debian another is archlinux. The archlinux is slower.

I am looking for any cause of this problem. What can cause such downtime.
