Set up a discount for individual customers

Hello How can I set discounts for individual customers? Currently, I can set discounts for percentage or amount groups for some time. I would like it to be something that assigns a discount to a specific selected customer. Is there an external module for this? If so, what module do you recommend for Prestashop 1.7.5 and 1.7.8.8 to work stably and without problems?

You can create a customer group, define a discount percentage for that group and assign that/those customer(s) to the customer group. This feature is a standard capability of Prestashop.

How to set for such a group when the condition of exceeding the amount, e.g. 200 net or gross, is met and only then the 20% discount?

Then customer group settings with a discount will not work in your case as there is a condition (min 200). You can create a cart rule and again select the customer groups to be applied along with the additinal conditions you can set.

Thank you. Is it possible to set it so that when buying for a minimum of 200, the customer has a permanent discount, e.g. 20%. Then, as I understand it, it would assign the customer to a group with such a discount, e.g. 20%?

Yes. The customer should be automatically assigned to a customer group for a permanent discount. We have a module satisfying your requirements to some extent. It is not based on purchasing treshold, but to product selections. So if the customer purchases a product(s), he/she automatically will be assigned to a predetermined customer group(s). Please have a look.
