rmturner
My three sites were all 1.7.4. Upgrading never worked so I kept them at 1.7.4. Then a PS vulnerability was attacked by hackers. They are all a mess. I deleted the hacked files and uploaded one of the sites from a July backup. It just loads a blank page now. I've been trying everything, checking php.ini, index.php, but nothing but blank pages. Because 1.7.4 is vulnerable, I was thinking I could do a fresh install of the latest version. The databases are still good, so I was wondering if I could do the fresh install pointing to the existing databases and somehow upload my products and images and categories. Would this work? And what file folders should I upload to the new install? Thanks!
corrigerunbug
Hi, It could be better to restore backup files and patch your version before it will be attacked again. And after that you can update to latest stable version of Prestashop. Best Regards Ilias
