Blanco orders mails and mail sent the contact us form are coming in with only the site logo for site owner

The mails that we are receiving, an order, a question or a stock notification mail, they are coming in. But with no data.
If an new order comes in or a stock notification mail, the subject is filled in, but in the body of the mail nothing is filled in, only 'Het bericht heeft geen tekstinhoud. (this message has no test.).
If a question comes in, sent via the conact us form, we do see our website logo, but that's it.
The client is receiving all as it should, the mail of his/her order with details and if he/she is sending us a question via the site, a mail to the client is sent as well with the information that the mail has been sent.

Things that I have already been done, is updates of the language have been done as well - with no result.

We are working with Prestashop 1.7.8.7 (we move our the hosting for PHP reasons).
The classic Versie 1.0.0

What can be done about this? Or what I'm overlooking.

or is the best way - do a new installation?

or will a new design solve the problem? or not?
