Where are the admin mail tpl like mails received after order confirmation..products out of stock etc ... not the ones that customers received ..

Those emails are frome ps_emailalerts module and all file are in this module catalog.

Cool thank you, and if i dont want to break prestashop core do I need to copy this module somewhere safe or can I just make change the tpl files there ?

Backup the files that you are going to modify
