I can NOT access the admin panel, just set user and psw wait a few seconds and then go back to login. Shop works OK, customer login and purchases OK. Prestashop 1.7.8.3. php 7.4.33. I tried all the solutions found online also listed in these links but without success. metic
UPDATE, the Hosting Service HelpDesk has now reply to me: Dear customer, I inform you that we have detected malicious code in your web space. From checks performed, even the weekly backup available is also already compromised. To carry out the PrestaShop remediation you can consult the dedicated guide: https://guide.hosting.aruba.it/hosting/sicurezza/prestashop-bonificazione-installation-compromessa.aspx This procedure cannot be performed by the Staff. Also, it is not possible to provide you with a complete list of compromised files but you can see for example: classes/controller/Controller.php classes/controllers/FrontController.php classes/controllers/ModuleFrontController.php classes/Dispatcher.php classes/Hook.php therefore it is necessary that you proceed with the reclamation of the site by following the guide indicated above. I will try to recover the pre-malicious webspace code. I think they used one of the vulnerabilities of prestashop version 1.7.8.3.
