problem sent mails for smtp

Good morning,

Since last November 29th, I am having problems when sending emails of new orders placed, the issue is that they fail randomly.

My configuration is as follows:

Send emails to : customer service (Configure my own smtp parameters).

I have configured encryption none and port 25, and sending formats both html and text.

The configuration worked correctly until the 29th day that nothing was modified, checking the prestashop logs I get the following error.  

"Swift error: failed to establish connection to host smtp.x.com :stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to smtp.x.com:25 (Connection timed out)"

I can't locate where I could increase the timeout, or why it might be failing derrepently.

My version of prestashop is 1.7.8.5 and is hosted on a web hosting server (plesk).

I am sorry if I have not created the topic in the corresponding section.

Have you tried the same with new SMTP configuration, if not then kIndly try to configure the SMTP with new details.
