Remove some div's from code

Hello,

 

I've been trying to erase some of the divs from the header as I don't need them.

 

This is when I inspect the code in safari, I've been trying to find where I should erase the code in my files and found "header.tpl" (Pic 2) but after trying to erase the "div's" and saving nothing changed, after that I tried to erase the whole Block name and its the same, nothing changed.

Does someone have the name of the file I need to change or a solution?

Did you clear cache after tpl changes?
