marolini Posted December 9, 2022 Share Posted December 9, 2022 Hey! I appreciate for the help! So... I've searched everywhere but I don't seem to be able to find the answer. Basically once the item is added to the cart, it then shows "out-of-stock" immediately BEFORE the customer checkout. For instance, lets say the customer then decided not to purchase the product and abandon the cart. If someone else visits the website they won't be able to purchase the product. I'm selling virtual products and there's only ONE product per sale. Any ideas of how to sort this? Settings perhaps? Many thanks in advance! Unfortunately this isn't the case as I use a VPN to access the website and it is still showing "out-of-stock" for "other" customers... Any thoughts how to fix this? Many thanks.
