P.S. 1.7.8.7 An error occurred while sending the message. Problem

Hello,

 

I have this weird issue where when the customer sends a message with the contactform module he receives the message "An error occurred while sending the message.", but I get the message in the back office. Also, if the customer presses send again, he receives the message "Your message has been successfully sent to our team."
