Mypresta.eu Module Not Working and Author Not Responding

We purchased the Related Products Pro module from mypresta.eu and waited for support. In the beginning, some of our requests were fulfilled, but it was not as spoken. We stated this after the unavailable edit and waited for a response. Even after I wrote many times, no reply was given. When I realized that it didn't look like I wanted and that the module author would not do it, I wanted to work with someone else for a fee, but I realized that the module was not working correctly. However, I cannot reach the module author in any way. Although he is active here, he does not persistently respond to us. Months have passed, I don't know what to do.
