I moved from one hosting towards another hosting (for PHP reasons).
All went well - exept the below.
The mail sever data has been filled in and the test mail is coming into the defined inbox.
Also messages from our customers are coming in.
But when a new order has been placed, the customer is receiving the order confirmation via mail, but we don't.
I've done a search but I could not located the issue, I am overseeing something....

The mail setting are setup, but the encription is set on 'no'
I've also found the php script (test-mail.php), done an upload on the sever with a positive outcome.

I'm running on Prestashop 1.7.8.7
A new prestashop installation has been done on the new hosting and other modules have been installed as well, links with the database has been set and all is working fine, just the order confirmation mail to us is not working.
