Upgrade from 1.4.0.17 to 1.4.1.0 html pages not fully rendered

Hi,

Luckily I set up a test area with a separate database, so I did not overwrite my working 1.4.0.17 version.

The problem is that my pages are not full rendering after the upgrade. If you view the source on any pages they simply stop before the end of the main content area.

You have to use the sitemap to view the other pages as the page breaks before it can display the categories block.

On the Home page it breaks right after

<!-- /Module Editorial -->

.
On a category page it breaks right after

<!-- /Pagination -->

In both cases, if I compare it to a working version, the code that should come next is

<!-- end Center Column -->

Has anyone seen this?? I just wanted to know before I tried a reinstall in case anyone had any ideas.
