Can't create a child theme

Hi ! 

I'm facing a big problem ... i can't create a chil theme and i don't know why.

I have tried to follow those instructions: 

1.create a new chil folder

2.create a folder named "config" and a file theme.yml with the following instructions :

parent: AngarTheme

name: AngarTheme-child

display_name: AngarTheme-child

version: 1.0.0

assets:

    use_parent_assets: true

 

3.put a preview.png in the new chil folder

After these steps, I can't see the new child theme in my back office.

I have also tried to generate a child theme from a generator, I can install the child theme from my back office but in my store theme folder I can't see any child folder, only AngarTheme et the classic theme.

 

Have you already met the same problem ?

I'm using prestashop 1.7.8

I’ve already followed those steps but at the end I’m not able to select my new child theme from my back office because it doesn’t appear in the back office. I only have the classic theme and the theme I bought from addon.

i didn’t mention that but my website is online, I don’t know if that change something. 
i also try to clear the cache but doesn’t change anything.

 My instruction below
