Instaling Prestashop8 and getting buged admin panel

Good day so i instaled prestashop8 everything as the system requirements ment

When i open the admin panel from all sections only Customer Service panel works and if i press any other menu Error 404 as you se in image shows up. in var/log/dev.log i can only find

Please if you have any idea how to fix it then let me know 

BTW permisions already 0777 on all folders and files
