Resolved.
I wrote to the webhost provider what my problem was and server requirements for prestashop and that it could be a problem with nginx.
I sent him this link: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/960015-adminpanel-redirecs-to-index-page/
I don't know what he did, he just wrote that he edited configuration for prestashop. And it worked.
