[Solved]Add to Wishlist problem

Hello community i have an issue with my module blockwishlist the problem is that when i installed a module and it works but when i create a wishlist and i add a product on that wishlist it shows it twice in the wishlist i selected and i can't figure why do you have any tips to change this 

also it does this with only some product not all and when i delete one of the two, the two of them disappear...

Hi, you certainly have a hook call twice. Check in Design/Position and in your templates them.

Hi,
this is not normal , first check hook if it is calling double then unhook it , other wise need to check module code.

I checked there is one item goes to whishlist at a time.

it's a theme that they bought in 2016 called oslo,

and for the product there is only one item that goes to the wishlist but it displays it twice 😕

This product has combinations or it is simple product?

Clear cache and delete all wishlists and try to add again an check it .

Hi, Their is an issue with Wishlist icon when I logged in to account than it shows 2 icon as show in screenshot I am not able to understand why it is, Can anyone help me for this.
