Panda-Themes / Sunnytoo - advanced text editor fails after changing design

Hi,

i am using panda theme and tried to activate another template design - before it was working.

When i now try to open the text editor in swiper slider f.ex. to edit the text overlay in the picture i get an error 404 with this url

...module/stbanner/adveditor?caller_module=stswiper&adveditor_window=blank&adveditor_target=description

any idea how to reactivate this advanced editor?

Hi yes, but the only thing they said is to give them ftp and backend access and i am not willing to do this, because i dont know what happens than...

i tried to setup a development environment from the main site.. but i dont succeed in changing all urls and data in sql file and imported it than on the new site.. but something i forgot... with this db import it allways redirects to the original url... althoug i changed all data in the db... have to try again.. and than they can have access... but on the main site.. i dont like it! therefor i asked here maybe someone had the same issue...
