Check time when error is writes in log. If this cause at moment when you access to adminfolder, then this request initiated by some module or another script in your store.

Check the modules and  admin modules hooks. if you have phpmyadmin access? you can easy search for string '/home/rulmen.com/img/pr' in your DB, this maybe shows you module name or config value if stored in DB. If no success with DB, you can batch search by sting '/home/rulmen.com/img/pr',   or 'img/pr' in store files...

It is also possible that this request from some malware script in your files.
