1-click upgrade, create a PHP session problem. Prestashop 1.7

Please if someone can help me.

Im doing a update with 1-click upgrade 4.15.0 on prestashop 1.7

The checklist are all green  except one    "It's not possible to create a PHP session"

Can someone tell me what to do.

Im updating Prestashop 1.7.8.7 to Prestashop 1.8

Im using 1-click upgrade.

You can upgrade to 1.8 now with 1-click

I have done it on another site i have and it worked fine.

Now i want to do it on a site i have with another host and i get "It's not possible to create a PHP session"

I had such a problem, I used redis caching and session storage on the hosting. Disabled redis, refreshed the page and everything is fine.
