Looking for specific module for Shippings for my categories

hi gurus! Greetings, I have a problem, I describe it well below. I have my website in prestashop 1.7.5.2 What I need to do is the following: I have products from different categories, for category A I have a shipping charge of 25 Euros and for category B 20, if a customer purchases 4 items from category B I should only charge 1 time the cost of shipping(20), on the other hand if you add category A and B products regardless of how many you add, you should always charge the lowest amount and also only 1 charge per shipping Do you know of any module in prestashop that does it? or should I hire someone to do it to measure?, thanks.
