Problem with sending mails PS. 1.7.8.7

Hello,

I have a problem with my PS mail. 1.7.8.7, namely I have mail after SMTP configured, but I get the error:

Error: please check configuration

Expected response code 250 but got code "550", with message "550 Bad HELO - Host impersonating domain name [DOMAIN.COM]".

 

However, when I switch the settings to / usr / sbin I get an error:

Error: please check configuration

Expected response code 220 but got an empty response

What may be the problem?

One of the variants of the problem may be that the IP address entered the DNS blacklist https://www.host-tracker.com/en/ic/dnsbl-check Check this, maybe the spam filter has tripped due to excessive activity on promotional emails.

I tested this SMTP configuration in other PS shop and it works. I dont know why this doesnt want to work on my basic shop.

Then you need to check the port settings and other configurations of the site itself.
